To initiate a cancellation/refund of your order, you can write a mail to support@kondattamdigital.in and mention the order number and the reason for the cancellation of your order

Customer will be provided full refund of purchase as per following

1. For Jathaka Porutham Orders: Within 24 hours of placing the order and if order has not been processed at our end, full refund will be issued.
2. For all other orders, full refund will be issued if the cancellation has been made within 2 days of purchase and if the order has not been processed at our end.
3. In case of cancelled order/failed transactions, the bank/card transaction charges of the buyer, if any, maybe be forfeited and Kondattam Digital Media cannot be held responsible for the same.
4. All valid requests for refunds will be issued within 10 days of receiving the request. If you do not receive the same within this time, please write to support@kondattamdigital.in
